Experience

Jim Orth spent 31 years innovating and leading instruction in the classroom, school, and district levels in Oregon.  He worked in large and small school districts, so keenly understands the advantages and challenges of implementing a wide range of initiatives across a continuum of educational organizations.

Most recently, Jim was the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Salem-Keizer Public Schools in Salem, Oregon, overseeing special grants, re-shaping Alternative Education, and guiding Career & Technical Education (CTE).

Now, as a consultant, Jim is ready to provide leadership, planning, and implementation for CTE programs from the ground up or simply some minor tweaking.
